(VOVworld) - Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong has participated at the new school year ceremony of the People’s Security Academy, Ministry of Public Security. He called for an in-depth understanding of the Party guidelines and improvement in the quality of teaching and studying following the Party resolution on comprehensive educational and training reform and national defense strategy.
