Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and his entourage on Thursday arrived in Hanoi, successfully concluding his state visit to Cambodia at the invitation of Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni. In a telegram sent after the visit, Mr. Trong expressed his thank to the Cambodian King and high ranking leaders for their cordial and friendly reception. The party leader wished the Cambodian people would continue gaining more achievements to build Cambodia into a country of peace, independence, neutrality and prosperity.

Prior to his departure from Cambodia, Mr. Trong visited the Angkor Wat and Bayon temples. There he was accompanied by Minister of the Royal Palace Kong Somon and National Assembly Vice President Sai Chum.
