(VOVworld) – Minister and Chief of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung paid tribute to second lieutenant Pham Duc Trung, who died on a training mission on board of airplane L39 in  Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen province, on August 26.

Trung, a student of a flying fleet No1, Air Regiment 910, Vietnam Air and Air Defense Forces Academy, was bestowed Order of National Defense, first class, by the President.
