At a reception in Hanoi on Wednesday for Masaki Fukuyama, President, Editor-in-Chief of Kyodo News, the President said Vietnam News Agency and Kyodo News which have correspondents in each other country need to boost the dissemination of information on the country, people, culture, and business environment of Vietnam and Japan, promoting bilateral cooperation potential and deepening mutual understanding and cooperation between the two peoples. President Quang introduced the guest the APEC Vietnam Year 2017 with 200 meetings, saying that this is an opportunity for both countries’ news agencies and other news agencies to work together on information about APEC, of which Vietnam and Japan are members.
