President Truong Tan Sang receives Cambodia’s top legislator Samdech Heng Samrin

(VOVworld)- President Truong Tan Sang stressed that Vietnam always supported Cambodia as a prosperous country and an active ASEAN member. At a meeting with the President of the Cambodian National Assembly Samdech Heng Samrin in Hanoi on Monday, President Sang urged the two countries to strengthen cooperation in education and health care, increase two-way trade to 5 billion USD by 2015 and support each other at regional and global forums.

The Cambodian legislator praised the development of bilateral ties in various fields. He said Cambodia always considered Vietnam a good neighbor and expressed his belief that the long lasting solidarity between the two countries would develop further.
