(VOVworld) – The Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs on Friday held a conference on measures to improve the efficiency of communications of ethnic policy and new rural development in the mountain regions.

Representatives of media agencies said the implementation of the new rural areas in ethnic minority communities and mountains has faced various difficulties. They discussed various initiatives and their experiences in communicating the new policies.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Journalists Association granted commemorative insignias to 5 individuals for their contributions to press development.
