(VOVworld) – The Prime Minister has asked Ministries, sectors and localities to build socio-economic development plans, estimates for State budget and State budget investment plans from 2013 to 2015.

Next year’s plan will focus on raising growth while stabilizing macro-economy and assuring sustainable development, expanding external relations and global integration and raising Vietnam’s position on the international arena.
