(VOVworld)-Lawmakers representing the religious community have made enormous contributions not only to religious affairs but also other socio-economic issues, said the Chairwoman of the Party Central Committee’s Commission on Mass Mobilization.

Meeting with religious dignitaries attending the ongoing National Assembly session on Tuesday, Ms. Truong Thi Mai said she believes the deputies will successfully accomplish their missions as representatives of lay people at the top legislative body. The dignitaries stated that they will contribute wholeheartedly to the bill on beliefs and religions being debated at the National Assembly.
