Scientists meet in Binh Dinh

(VOVworld) – 7 Nobel laureates will be among 200 scientists at a 2-week international science conference called “Meet Vietnam” in Quy Nhon city in the central coast province of Binh Dinh. This 9th meeting will begin on Sunday, hosted by the “Meet Vietnam” organization, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Binh Dinh provincial People’s Committee. This year is the 40th anniversary of the Vietnam-France relationship and the 20th founding anniversary of “Meet Vietnam”.

“Meet Vietnam” ’s founder, professor Tran Thanh Van, told reporters on Tuesday in Hanoi that participants from 30 countries around the globe will attend a series of symposiums on relativity, gravity, and nanophysics. The organization will inaugurate the International Centre for Interdisciplinary Science and Education in Quy Nhon City.
