(VOVworld) – Leaders of the Vietnamese National Border Committee and the Chinese Department on Border, Sea, and Islands Issues on Thursday concluded the 4^th round of negotiations on free travel of ships at the mouth of Beilun River.

The meeting took place in a friendly and frank manner. Based on agreements at the previous meetings, the two sides discussed differences and reached consensus on some issues. The two sides agreed to push ahead with negotiations to sign the agreement by the end of this year.
