(VOVworld)- Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Huu Chi has met with Cuban Minister of Finance and Prices Lina Pedraza Rodriguez and held talks with Deputy Minister of Finance and Prices Felix Martinez during his visit to Cuba this week. During the meetings, the two sides shared experience in state budget, public debt and bonds management. On the occasion, the General Department of State Reserves of the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance presented 5,000 tons of rice to Cuba, a gift from Vietnam that Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung announced during his visit to Cuba last March.
