Addressing the event, Ms. Ngan said human resources development has been Vietnam’s top priority towards creating a pool of skilled, disciplined workers to help Vietnam become a modern industrialised nation by 2020, and added that Vietnam is keenly interested in cooperating with Japan in human resources training and development.
