(VOVworld)-Deputy Defense Minister Nguyen Chi Vinh and US Ambassador to Vietnam Ted Osiushave have discussed measures to further promote defence cooperation between the two countries.

During their meeting in Hanoi on Friday, both officials hailed the fruitful defence cooperation between Vietnam and the US over the past years. They agreed that the two nations should foster collaboration in various fields, including the search for missing-in-action soldiers, returning of remembrances, Agent Orange/dioxin detoxification, and bomb and mine clearance.
