(VOVworld) – Vietnam treasures its friendship with Bosnia - Herzegovina and wants to boost bilateral cooperation in various areas. Newly appointed Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Tuan made the statement last week while presenting credentials to the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia – Herzegovina, Mladen Ivanić. Tuan said that although bilateral trade is low at the moment, the two countries have potential for closer economic cooperation.

Ivanic said Vietnam’s achievements 40 years after the American war are precious lessons for Bosnia – Herzegovina, which is stepping up international integration.
