Speaking at a government’s press conference in Hanoi on Thursday, Minister Dung said that building and completing institutions has been regarded as a key task and top priority.

The government and Prime Minister are working to reduce the problems facing enterprises, improve the investment climate, and boost business competitiveness, Dung noted.

He described the documents as the biggest breakthrough yet in the government’s institution building, which, he said, is a continuous process that needs timely adjustments and supplements.

Dung said the government and the PM always support enterprises, professional associations, organizations, and individuals, and called on them to increase their oversight and criticism and give feedback on business requirements that are no longer appropriate.
