Vietnam treasures ties with South Africa, ANC

At a reception for the Chairman of South African National Assembly and the African National Congress Baleka Mbete in Hanoi on Wednesday, Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong praised South Africa’s achievements under the leadership of the ANC and its increasingly important role in the international arena. Trong said Vietnam treasured its ties and cooperation with South Africa. He urged the two countries to tap their potential along their partnership for cooperation and development in order to boost bilateral cooperation between the two Parties, legislative bodies and peoples.
