(VOVworld) - Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises signed agreements on transferring technology at a workshop held in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday. The event, organized by the Center for Science and Technology Application and Services under the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Center for Guangxi-ASEAN Technology Transfer under the Guangxi city Department of Science and Technology, aims to help companies in new energy, renewable energy and hi-tech farming gain access to the world’s newest technologies. Pham Ngoc Minh, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Science and Technology’s south office, introduced some successful projects as well as Vietnam’s incentive policies. At the workshop, enterprises, institutes and universities presented technology development trends, shared experience, and introduced products like an independent solar photo-electric system, a cooker that uses clean energy, and a smart rice field-controlling system.
