(VOVworld) - Da Nang city has hosted a workshop gathering Party’s newspapers in the central region on the topic “Vietnam national sovereignty over the East Sea”.

Permanent Deputy Secretary of Da Nang’s Party Committee, Vo Cong Tri, told the workshop on Thursday that Da Nang holds key position in national defense and security with a long history of fighting invaders and ensuring national independence and integrity.
The city’s current building of Hoang Sa showroom to highlight public awareness on national defense and preservation of Hoang Sa’s historic values. Party newspapers were encouraged to promote communications on asserting Vietnam’s national sovereignty over its sea and islands on the East Sea, especially Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagoes.
