World cities respond to Earth Hour 2015

(VOVworld) – Countries around the globe switched off the lights for an hour on Saturday in response to Earth Hour 2015.

Iconic landmarks in London were plunged into darkness. Dinners to restaurants and bars along the southern bank of the Thames River enjoyed their meals in candle light. The capital cities and 10 other cities in Brussels submerged into darkness to respond to the event. The lights in Moscow’s Red Square, the Kremlin, the National History Museum, and 300 other buildings were turned off.
