(VOVWorld) An art program to mark the 82^nd anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3^rd was held in Hanoi on Sunday. The program featured songs in praise of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam. On the occasion, the organizing board raised funds to help people in disadvantaged regions and poor children with outstanding academic achievements.
