Mr. Ky briefed the visiting ambassador about VOV, adding that VOV Bureau in France receives great attention from the French government. He said: "The Voice of Vietnam has collaborated with Radio France and some media agencies to produce programs of teaching the French language and introducing French music, art, and literature. I hope that the Ambassador will help connect media agencies of the two countries."

VOV President Ky said Vietnam and France have close cultural relations and he suggested that two countries will increase cultural exchanges in 2018, to mark the 45^th anniversary of their diplomatic ties.

Ambassador Lortholary said that he is pleased with the fine relations between his Embassy and VOV, which he hopes will flourish in the near future. He underlined the important role of media agencies in keeping the public informed of the friendly relations between Vietnam and France.
