COVID-19 cases in Vietnam increase slightly

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam reported 359 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours as of Saturday, a slight increase from Friday.

No death was reported. The same day, 210 patients recovered bringing the total recoveries to 10.6 million.

So far, Vietnam has recorded 11.5 million COVID-19 infections placing 13th among 230 countries and territories.

The death toll stands at more than 43,100, accounting for 0.4% of the total infections. More than 262 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered.
