This photo by Vietnam News Agency photographer Luu Trong Dat won first prize in the professional photograph category. The photo was taken at 8:49 pm on June 19, 2020, when a group of Vietnamese citizens returning from abroad were sent to a military quarantine facility in the northern province of Hoa Binh.
"Fragile Boundaries" won first prize in the category of photos taken by phone. It features a boy named Gia Huy who was isolated from his family during the epidemic.
This photo is titled 'Moment of Birth in the Season'. The photo, taken at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology, won the Inspirational Photo Award.
