(VOVworld) - Truong Sa district has held its National Assembly and People’s Council election due to distance from the island to homeland.

Candidates in three constituencies of Truong Sa, Song Tu Tay and Sinh Ton have announced their action plans to contribute to national social economic development, security and defense.

More than 5,800 voters in Muong Te district, Lai Chau province cast their votes on Sunday. More than 80% of voters have voted in the elections.
