(VOVworld) - The Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association opened its 10^th plenum in Hanoi on Wednesday to review its activities and discuss plan for 2017.

Delegates indicated challenges and proposed solutions to be submitted to the Party and State for better resources and legal framework so that the association would become a political social organization under the Party leadership. They recommended models to create better connectivity between farmers and businesses while protecting the environment and preparing for international integration.
