(VOVworld)- The 14^th Congress of Hanoi’s Youth Union opened in Hanoi on Sunday. In his address, Politburo member and Secretary of Hanoi’s Party Committee Pham Quang Nghi praised Hanoi’s young people for their dynamism, creativity and contribution to implementing the city’s socio economic development plans. Mr. Nghi proposed youth union members further contribute to the city’s development and set examples in promoting a civilized lifestyle. “I believe that every youth union member will bring into play solidarity, dynamism and creativity to realize the congress’s resolutions.
