(VOVworld) – On Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and US Secretary of State John Kerry held a telephone conversation to discuss bilateral ties and regional issues of common concern including the situation in the East Sea.

They agreed on the need to deepen the two countries’ comprehensive partnership and cooperation. They also agreed that ASEAN-US relations developed significantly in 2015 with the establishment of their strategic partnership.
