(VOVworld) - The Ha Long Carnival will kick off on Friday in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province. Entitled “Convergence of quintessence and Pervasion of smiling”, the 2015 Ha Long Carnival will include four main parts including the opening ceremony, art performances, a carnival parade and a masquerade festival with the participation of 2,700 artists.

Many street activities are also being held. Dinh Anh Dung is the general director of Ha Long’s carnival: “Preparations have nearly been completed. The program has two parts: the first one is convergence of quintessence and the second one is the carnival. I hope that the program will manage to convey the message that Quang Ninh province wants to send to visitors”.  

The 2015 Ha Long carnival is the highlight the 2015 Ha Long-Quang Ninh Tourism Week to promote Quang Ninh province’s land, people and tourism.
