(VOVworld)- The 2017 National Press Festival will open in Hanoi on March 17.

2017 National Press festival to be held

Organized by the Vietnam Journalists’ Association, the festival aims to honor the rapid growth and great achievements of Vietnamese press. The festival will feature a display of Spring and outstanding publications of 2016 and the first quarter of this year, a seminar on journalists’ ethics in the digital era, meetings between journalists and press agencies, a competition on excellent reports on environments in 2016, and a showcase of objects of the Vietnam Press Museum.
