(VOVworld) - The Vietnam Fatherland Front held the 2^nd consultative conference for the 14^th National Assembly election in Hanoi on Thursday.

The Front President and Deputy Chairman of the National Election Council, Nguyen Thien Nhan, said candidates have been introduced with proper procedures and timing: “The 2^nd consultative conference is an important preparation for the 14^th National Assembly election. This will raise the quality of deputies meeting reform demands of legislative activities.”
Delegates called for an assurance of deputy quality as they represent the people and are about to make important decisions. They agreed on a list of nominees to be published in the residential areas for public comments.
