(VOVworld)- The 2^nd theoretical conference between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao Revolutionary People’s Patry opened in Vientiane on Monday. The conference is titled “Improving Party leadership and combat capacity in the new context”. Politburo member and Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s Central Committee Dinh The Huynh and Secretary of the Lao Revolutionary People’s Party Chueang Sombounkhan attended the event. In his address, Huynh, who is also head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education and President of the Central Theoretical Council, highlighted the significance of the conference. He said improving the Party leadership and fighting capacity requires efforts by all Party committees and contributions of the whole political system and entire people.
