“A War Account 1-2-3-4.75” portrays the last days of the Republic of Vietnam (Nguyen Van Thieu's government), based on top secret documents from the Saigon regime and the US. It was first published by the National Political Publishing House in 2014. 

The work won the Vietnam Writers' Association's Literary Prize in 2014 and the ASEAN Literature Prize in 2015.

“A War Account 1-2-3-4.75” was published in English in 2017 and Lao in 2018. It has been introduced at many domestic and international book fairs such as the Frankfurt International Book Fair and the Havana International Book Fair.
At the 29th Havana International Book Fair in February 2020, the book was warmly welcomed by Cuban readers.

The Spanish version of the book, which was available in December 2021, was presented Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam Orlando Nicolas Hernandez Guillen.

The translators of the Spanish version, Tran Thi Oanh and Nguyen Mai Anh, are lecturers of the Spanish Department, Hanoi University. They both studied in Spain. Oanh and Anh have translated several popular Vietnamese books into Spanish.
