Afghani and US leaders have officially started discussion on the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA). Afghani Ambassador to the US Eklil Hkimi said that the negotiation process was started after both countries had signed the Strategic Partnership Agreement during the visit of President Barack Obama to Afghanistan last May. BSA is hoped to create a legal foundation for US armed and civil forces’ continued presence in Afghanistan with the full- permission from the Afghani government.
