(VOVworld) -  An art program was held in Hanoi on Sunday to honor border soldiers as part of the 71^st anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 22^nd). The program expressed sympathy for soldiers’ families, especially their children, who are welcoming the Tet holiday without their parent. The program helps young people appreciate the sacrifice of soldiers stationed in remote areas. 22 gifts were presented to children of border soldiers with high academic achievements.
