(VOVworld) - 13 young entrepreneurs from 10 ASEAN countries and 3 dialogue partners (Japan, the Republic of Korea, and China) were honored on Sunday for their contributions to regional sustainable development. The award ceremony was part of the ASEAN+3 Young Entrepreneur Forum held in Ho Chi Minh City by the National Committee on Youth of Vietnam, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and the Vietnam Youth Federation.

Among the honourees was Lam Ngoc Minh, General Manager of the Lien A Mattress Co., Ltd, who is also Deputy Head of the
Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association. Minh said: “I’m very proud because I’m the only Vietnamese representative to receive this award. In my opinion, a businessman is responsible for the development of not only his business but also the community. The award encourages me to try harder in my own job and contribute to social development”.
