ASEAN+ Police Music Festival impresses Hanoians

(VOVWORLD) -200 artists and officers from Southeast Asian countries, China, and Japan performed impressively at a police band concert on Sunday evening as part of the ASEAN+ Police Music Festival in Hanoi.

8 bands participated in the festival, including 6 bands from Japan, China, Laos, Brunei, Myanmar, Philippines and 2 from host Vietnam, which are the Vietnam Police Band and the Vietnam People's Army Band.

The ASEAN+ Police Music Festival 2022 is a the largest music event ever organized by the Ministry of Public Security, praising the love of the homeland, the country and glorifying the traditions of the police force.

Ms. Tran Thi Thu and Mr. Nguyen Van Sy, Hanoi audiences who came to watch the concert, told VOV: 

“This concert program was spectacular. The performance here, especially by Vietnamese delegations and other countries, have shown the cultural features of each nation.”

“This event brought the culture of other countries to Vietnam and we also introduced our culture to other countries. It helps Vietnamese people better understand the culture of other countries.”

The musical festival marks the 60th anniversary of the People's Police Force.
