(VOVWORLD) - Officials of Australia and Vietnam are working hard to finalize the Enhanced Economic Engagement Strategy, which aims to beef up bilateral economic ties, by late this month, according to Australian Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment Dan Tehan.

Talking to journalists at an online conference on Monday, Minister Tehan highlighted the bright prospect for economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, calling the Australian and Vietnamese economies complementary.
The trade bond between the two nations is constantly growing, he said, with many new opportunities opening up.
