At least 11 people were reported killed and more than 40 others injured in a fierce car bombing led by terrorists on Monday in Jaramana, urban area of Damascus capital. The bombing is the evidence of serious violation of the four-day ceasefire agreement in Syria. Ceasefire called by the UN, Arab League peace envoy Lakhdar Brahimi were broken just few hours after said to be effective on October 26. On the same day, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov talked to Brahimi in Moscow. Foreign Minister Sergeg Lavrov said that Russia was regret that the reconciliation initiative was not supported by parties in Syria. Russia aimed to consistently promote Brahimi’s initiatives and call both sides in Syria to support Brahimi’s peace scheme. He urged the concerned parties to stop the violence and start negotiation to find a political solution for domestic conflicts.
