Cameron retained 4 main figures: Chancellor George Osborne, who has also been made first secretary of state, Home Secretary Theresa May, Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond, and Defense Secretary Michael Fallon. A cabinet composing all Conservatives has satisfied Conservative lawmakers who were against concessions to Liberal Democrats in the coalition government since 2010.

Cameron will officially announce his cabinet on Monday.
