(VOVworld)-Secretary of State at the Council of Ministers (OCM) and Spokesperson for the OCM’s Press and Quick Reaction Unit Keo Remy said the main opposition Cambodia National Rescues Party (CNRP) has to be responsible of the recent violence that led to deaths, injuries and public and private property destruction. He said that they have evidences when the CNRP’s elected parliamentarians brought foods to supply the anarchic groups added that the clashes were not the authorities’ crackdowns, it was an incident.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior also explained that the clearance of protesters’ gathering and illegal occupation of the Freedom Park was aimed to re-ensure security and public order. This law enforcement operations were conducted peacefully without clashes, underlined the Ministry of Interior in a press release.
