Central region’s largest solar power plant to be put into operation
(VOVWORLD) -The Hoa Hoi solar power plant, the largest renewable energy project in Vietnam’s central region, will be inaugurated on Tuesday in Phu Yen province.
It is a joint investment by the Truong Thanh Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company and the Thai B.Grimm Group.
The 210 million USD plant stands on an area of nearly 260 hectares and has a capacity of 214 MW. Following the success of the Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant project, the Phu Yen Joint Stock Company will continue to invest in and develop new renewable energy projects in Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, and Gia Lai provinces in 2019.
