(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc chaired a conference on ways to boost the mechanical industry on Tuesday.
In his opening address, Deputy PM Trinh Dinh Dung highlighted the importance of the sector, saying that it is a motivation for national development, industrialization, and modernization. He said over the past years, Vietnam has developed a strong automotive sector thanks to the Party and State’s incentives.
The PM stressed the importance of the modern mechanical industry and asked participants to propose policies to boost the industry’s growth.
