(VOV) – A delegation of Tay Ninh province officials led by Secretary of the provincial Party Central Committee Vo Van Phuong has paid a visit to Cambodia’s Kam Pong Cham province on the occasion of the country’s Chol Chnam Thmay traditional new year festival.

Tay Ninh province’s leaders affirmed that this year, the two provinces will continue to promote and implement cooperative programs signed by the two sides, especially taking advantage of the borders for cooperation and sustainable development. They also pledged to create favorable conditions for the people of the two provinces to exchange agricultural products and, visit relatives, and to complete marker planting in line with the plan agreed by the two Governments. Earlier, Tay Ninh province’s delegation paid a new year visit to leaders and people in the border province of Svay Rieng.
