(VOVworld) – A delegation of Da Nang leaders led by Deputy Party Secretary Vo Cong Tri has visited Britain to promote tourism, investment, and trade ties with British businesses. Executive Director of the UK-ASEAN Business Council Ross Hunter praised Da Nang’s tourism development potential. He introduced the Council’s plan to hold an international conference on doing business in ASEAN countries in London in April and an international trade fair in Liverpool in June. Hunter said these will be good opportunities for Da Nang to promote its business and investment potential. Vice chairman of the Da Nang municipal People’s Committee Dang Viet Dung said Da Nang plans to launch a tourism promotion campaign in June next year. He asked the UK-ASEAN Business Council to help advertise this campaign at the international trade fair in Liverpool.
