Mr. Minh told the working session, “We need to take into consideration different angles to be able to choose a suitable and effective International Financial Center model. I hope that TheCityUK will continue coordinating with Da Nang. In addition to funding from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, we will seek other funding sources in Vietnam and abroad and collect reports and proposals for an appropriate international financial center model for Da Nang.”

The Ministry of Planning and Investment is collecting proposals for the dossier to request a National Assembly Resolution on a pilot urban government model and mechanisms and policies on Da Nang city development. An International Financial Center will be built in Da Nang city that operates in accordance with an overseas financial center model.
