(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan applauded efforts by young graduates who have worked voluntarily in remote and disadvantaged areas. Mr. Nhan was addressing on Thursday with leaders of Cao Bang province and 44 members of a project to make 600 young academics vice chairs in several  districts of the province. Mr. Nhan said each vice chair should continue to improve their knowledge, keep up with their locality’s socio-economic situations, and put their knowledge into practice. Deputy Prime Minister Nhan: "The 44 vice chairs should be creative. Creativity is finding a way to motivate local villagers to get involved in your activities. That is the art of management at the grass roots level. Creativity is also seeking solutions for your new missions. Finally, creativity is needed to set up an information mechanism for vice chairs to learn from each other and share work experience".
