(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh will begin a visit to Germany on Wednesday.

The two-day trip will be made at the invitation of German Minister of Foreign Affairs Heiko Maas. Vietnam and Germany set up diplomatic relations in 1975 and elevated their ties to a strategic partnership in 2011.
