(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh has asked the Ministry of Home Affairs to focus on administrative reforms to build a state governed by law.

At a working session in Hanoi on Monday, Mr. Binh emphasised the task of e-government and public service reform: “The administrative reform plan for the second phase (2016-2020) has been approved by the government. The Ministry of Home Affairs needs to concentrate on institutional reform, and improving the quality of state employees, salary, and public services. Efforts should be made to require other relevant agencies to implement these tasks”.

Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh also asked the Ministry of Home Affairs to improve the quality of its services for manufacturing companies.
