(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh met this week with Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) Hugo Hans Siblesz in New York.

Mr. Minh said Vietnam hopes to receive support from PCA in training Vietnam’s legal experts and officials for international integration. Mr. Siblesz promised the PCA will support Vietnam in training legal officials. The two sides agreed that a cooperative agreement signed between Vietnam and the PCA on June, 2014, is a legal basis for bilateral cooperation.
