Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung receives ExxonMobil leader
(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung received on Thursday Paul Greenwood, Deputy Chairman of the US’s ExxonMobil Corporation who is visiting Vietnam to study the feasibility of the Blue Whale Gas Field project.

In his address, Dung highlighted the importance of the project for meeting increasing gas demands in Vietnam. He urged ExxonMobil to work with the Vietnam Oil and Gas group and the Ministry of Industry and Trade to finalize the project.
Mr. Paul Greenwood said his corporation is accelerating negotiations with Vietnamese partners to reach a final agreement. He asked the Vietnamese government to support the implementation of their agreements.
